Can't find clock hands for the clock puzzle

I've searched everywhere but I can't find any clock hand so I can't complete the puzzle, I'm going crazy.
I searched a bit on the internet but every room is locked in my game. What am I missing?

Not sure which one you're missing

The Hour Hand: It is found in Room 307 with the Radio. You need the Valve from Room 304.

The Minute Hand: It is found in Room 210 in the toilet. You have to break the wall there to get to it.

The Second Hand: It is found in Room 202. You need to solve the Butterfly Puzzle to open the Combination Lock. After going into the room after opening the lock. You will find it inside the hole in the wall.

Yeah, the fact is that none of those rooms are opened and I don't know how to do it...

From Room 212 (Clock Room), then Room 203, then Room 205, then go outside through the window, onto the fire escape, and climb up the fire escape, then on the 3rd floor fire escape you should find stained white cloth, and area where you can climb up into an opening, and drop into Room 303, then go to Room 305, then the hallway, and then you can reach Room 307

You need to install and set a clock hand as soon as you get it, not all hands at once. H hand unlocks H door, which you need to unlock to get M hand, which unlocks M door and so on.

You are my saviour, I didn't remember walls could be broken. I couldn't continue because I couldn't manage to arrive to the open window.
