slint hill 2 logo and qr code visible during gameplay

so,,,, is my game cursed?? i started playing today and the silent hill 2 logo is flickering above james in the fog and inside buildings i can see the qr that shows up at the start screen, like a very faint watermark, does anyone else have this issue??

for some reason i disabled g sync and it fixed it but idk
