Controller or nah?
I know some 3rd person games (Resident Evil) are better with a controller. What about this game?

Especially when raining, those ripples haptic effect on Dualsense is awesome!!

Seems like it has full haptic support. HUGE
All Dualsense features are supported.
Adaptive triggers, haptic feedback, HP light as well as separate sound coming from the controller.

Game feels much more immersive with DualSense. It does enhance experience like no other game, even ones made by Sony.

Nice, I use a dualsense as controller of choice. Does it have full support with the adaptive haptics & stuff?

Yes it does, but you need to disable Steam Input. And unfortunately haptics sometimes dissappear, but when it works its amazing and i didnt have problems with other features (static sound from Dualsense speakers, triggers and LED indicator for health)

I play with mouse and keyboard, way better for aiming as always. Only play platformers, third person RPG and fighting games with a controller.

I never owned a dualsense controller, only used XSX controller on PC. Is this supported through bluetooth or does it need to be wired?

Gyro aiming is also fantastic for third-person shooters.

Vibrations, HP light and adaptive triggers works fine, but the haptic feedback and sound will not work without cable in this game.

I get no haptics or other vibrations of any kind on wire, thought the game just never uses them at first. Does anyone know if it's a bug or intended?

i love feeling the vibrations in my hands, id say go for controller.

Playing with mouse and keyboard atm and it works very well. Always start games with keyboard and mouse, but if a game has controller support and it works good, I eventually play it that way too.

I decided to use a dualsense controller (wired in) & all the adaptive haptics are working. So sounds like it could be a bug. Either that or you can try reinstalling the controller drivers

It seems like there's still no way to get haptics over bluetooth connection. I was misled by information online where people mistake how some other games have regular rumble in place of haptics in other dualsense supported games. Wired works fine for me so I'll just switch to playing wired.
