woodside apartments apartment 108 bugged?

Im trying to get the cabinet but every time i enter apartment 108 outside walls textures block me from getting to the cabinet and will block the outer hallway for a few seconds before disappearing and outside ambiance sounds start to play I'm not really sure what to do here every walk through i see doesn't show what Im seeing.

never mind im a dumbass, going outside the apartments and going back in fixes it. im just gonna leave this up in case someone else has this issue

Having the same issue, I've tried to walk out the apartment - which does cause the wall to disappear - but by the time I get to the cabinet again, the wall reappears and stops me. Should I wait a while longer do you think, before re-entering?

leave the entire building like go out to the street and go back in that seemed to fix it for me at least
