Stutters fix by Vulkan
Use Vulkan instead of DirectX 12. It helps.

instruction for VULKAN:

1. Download dxvk-gplasync-v2.4-1 (https://gitlab.com/Ph42oN/dxvk-gplasync/-/releases/v2.4-1?ysclid=m1ymn0ph15333968632)
2. Unzip "dxvk-gplasync-v2.4-1.zip"
3. Go to "dxvk-gplasync-v2.4-1\x64" and copy Copy d3d11.dll, dxgi.dll, dxvk.conf to folder "SHProto\Binaries\Win64"
4. Make shortcut of SHProto\Binaries\Win64SHProto-Win64-Shipping.exe file.
5. Open Properties of shortcut Win64SHProto-Win64-Shipping.exe and add " -dx11" to line "object"
6. Launch the game, using Win64SHProto-Win64-Shipping.exe shortcut

If you use MSI AFterburner there should be VULKAN instead of DX12 near FPS counter.

You can't use DLSS or FSR3 with Vulkan. But you can use TSR or FSR1.0 upscalers. TSR is 100% better than FSR1.0.

where is dxvk.conf ?

I haven't actually done any proper testing but on linux I noticed that if I was on FSR 3.0 via DX12(VKD3D) then switched to DX11(DXVK), FSR 3 was still enabled and I still got the performance gain from it albeit fog flickers a bit. just throwing it out there.

dxvk.conf in folder "dxvk-gplasync-v2.4-1\x64" in Vulkan mod (you can download it here https://gitlab.com/Ph42oN/dxvk-gplasync/-/releases/v2.4-1?ysclid=m1ymn0ph15333968632)

I have tested on linux too. And there are FSR3.0 and xess upscalers on Linux. I don't know why this Vulkan plugin doesn't support FSR3 and xess. Maybe it cos of it needs to use DirectX11 for work. For some reason vulkan plugin doesn't support DirectX12, that's why It's needed to launch the game like DirectX11.
It would be great to find the way to add FSR3 and Xess, but I don't know how to do that.

But the game WORKS ALMOST PERFECT! I played for 20 minutes and there are no any stutters, like I'm playing on PS5. It works more stable than GOW Ragnarok for me

"5. Open Properties of shortcut Win64SHProto-Win64-Shipping.exe and add " -dx11" to line "object""
dont understand this part do you mean write it into target field? there is no "object" in the shortcut. also there is no conf file in either zip or tar of your link

On Linux, use Lutris if it crashes when starting with the command -d11 %command%

Removes all the fog inside where I was and made it bright. Shame because it not only improved performance, but also fixed the issue of Jame's hair becoming very bright blonde whenever you go inside somewhere dark.

I didn't add a dxvk.conf file because I couldn't find it.

Steam level 1 hmmm...strange. You don't even own this game.....

While this didn't remove all my stutters, it removed some of the reproducible ones and made the others less pronounced. This was capped at 60 fps though.

THIS GAME ONLY SUPPORTS DX 12 and DX12 VULKAN WRAPPER FOR LINUX

Thanks, I've finally resolved all the stutters in my game with this suggestion. However, in my case, this isn't the only thing required to fix the stuttering issues. By switching to Vulkan, most of the major stutters disappeared, however, there are still traversal stutters. So I adjusted my storage caching software (PrimoCache) to be more aggressive in caching my NVMe drives by giving them a 24GB RAM cache. And lo and behold, no more stutters.

I guess I won't be waiting for the devs to fix this game anymore.
