DLSS upscaler with FSR FG...

is there a way to enable this combo or a mod to achieve it?

No, they are similar technology. DLSS is from NVIDIA so if you have an nvidia card you should use that. FSR is from AMD. You can’t enable both at the same time.

there are tons of mods that enable you to mix both technologies, look it up and you will see.
