You haven't seen what teenagers look like in Europe. Could be 15 - could be 25.

I am literally an associate professor in the University where the students are mostly females. About 1/4 of them have male bodies and 1/6 male faces. What you are saying is true and there are indeed some teenagers with accelerated physical development. However it was never stated that Angela should look as such. Now she looks and sounds more appropriate for her age and anamnesis.
