Using the engine.ini edit provided by Sakishiro to enable FSR frame gen does help a lot but introduced tons of ghosting.

I did the FRS tweak. Now I get 120fps locked essentially but there is MASSIVE stutter randomly and crazy blur since FSR sucks.

something is wrong on your end then man. i have the same cpu, 4080 super, 32gb ram OC to 6000 mhz, installed on an SSD (is yours?). maxed out settings with just shadows turned down to medium, DLSS on, frame rate cap unlimited, vsync off.

i even upped the resolution scalability to 150% (can probably put this to the highest also). running at 1440p and im ranging between 100-120fps maximum. and lowest that it has gone has been around 80fps

also, like others have said, it doesn't seem like you even own the game? lol

RAYTRACING HAS BARELY ANY IMPACT IN THE GAMES FPS ITS BAD OPTIMIZATION. DONE DEAL CASE CLOSED!!!!
