NO MORE STUTTER OR FRAME DROPS

I did those recomemded tweaks (ssr, shadows, etc) and nothing changed
I use a 3080 12gb
At the apartments not only had lots of stutters but also low fps compared to outside fps

What changed the game was setting both exe files to "high priority" on the task manager
I also turned on the HAGS everyone was telling me to turn off. Since mine was already off,
I tried turning it on.

The game runs smooth now at 1440p even with RT :D

ctrl+shift+esc to open task manager. go to Details tab and look up for Silent Hill (there are two files) right click on both and set priority to high :D

I don’t know, it sounds like another crutch. I will certainly try this method, but there are suspicions that it will not help either(

I don't know, I turned it on and set the priority to high. Now works great and i'm not touching anything else

I increased the process priority; it improved the performance massively. But I do not recommend turning off GPU scheduling as the only thing you will accomplish is not having Frame Generation available in games when you need it.

I'm glad bro! It did for me too. Massive improvement is the definition.
Some were saying to turn the HAGS off, I did the opposite. Where's my price? :D
