I've played ~5 hours and I'm still in the apartments so definitely much longer so far than what it would have taken me getting to that same area in the original.
Someone woke up on the ♥♥♥♥ side of the bed xD

Judging by the pacing so far I'd say it will easily be around the 20 hour mark, which is very good IMO for this type of game. It also depends on how much you explore and your style of playing but length should not be an issue and the game is amazing.
I don't think it has any replability.
Old school fans will love the game. I'm not sure about it. Metal Gear Snake Eater... Oh yeah, that's my JAM .
1st run = About 20/24 hours. (normal user)
14 ~ 17 hours is for pro
That is about half the game, which is very impressive.
And in case I haven't said it before this remake is AMAZING!
