Bought deluxe edition on cdkeys.. not giving me access

Been trying for the past hour it wont let me install it just says to wait for full release payed extra for nothing at this point what a joke anyone had luck ive reset steam and pc like 13 times and nothing

i got mine from cdkeys as well deluxe and cannot install it either. waited all night and morning to get the key and i cant play it lmao. People saying CDkeys scammed us is ridiculous. Ive purchased many games from them that release early (most recently Space Marine 2) and they delivered the key early and it worked. They also process refunds so let the kids stay out of the conversation.

CDKeys is an unofficial key reseller, so Bloober and Konami have no reason to acknowledge them. Are you sure they didn't scam you out of the Deluxe Edition or possibly just mistakenly give you a Standard Edition key? Check for the soundtrack under the game to the right of activity to be sure. I got access to that before the early access started.

If that's the case, you could always take screenshots and attempt to file a chargeback. Since it wasn't purchased through Steam or an official key reseller, there shouldn't be any repercussions for doing so.

ive pre-ordered 3 games from them now never had a problem till now

exactly what im saying im just chilling here waiting with you too also got space amrines from them and god of war and this is the only problem im having now and their refund process is legit just take time like if you would like any other company

I have been buying from them for years they are a legitimate business of that i am certain.

Dont know what is going on that steam wont let us download and play but i hope to see this fixed on steam's end by tomorrow.

I think like i said earlier the game have a regional release for early access.. and CDKEYS vack in august sold me a WW key and by a miracle got transformed by a EU/UK key living in canada i can't activate the game so i had to get the game back but the NA... I've got the game when i woke up (i go to bed like at 2:30AM and still not key.) So between 2:30 and 10:30 Montreal ET time the key was available . Some said even on Steam some users have problems accessing the game here too...
