And 5800x3dx cant bottleneck 4080.
RYZEN 7 7800X3D
32 GB RAM 6000 Mhz
90-130+ FPS on High, DLSS Quality 1080p
Its more because of optimization and the amount of fog, overall well playable
fullhd + higest settings + rtx + dlss
75-100 fps avg
Even with x1 game is around 35fps in open arenas.
x1 with no AA, and DLLS Quality is around 80-100fps
Still, I think game looks so decent should run easly 80fps (on my setup) without DLSS.
Dingus I said GPU! as in your 4080! In your own screenshot it shows that it's at 100% utilisation, while your CPU is only at 8%.
The game doesn't look like a masterpiece, and even on high graphics settings (without x2 scaling) it can't achieve a stable 60fps with my setup.
Of course DLSS may save the day, but let's face it - it should run smoothly even without DLLS.
2x scaling means, that the game renders the double of the resolution.
I play SH2r on UHD (3840x2160p) so in my case the game would get rendered in 7680x4320p (8K)
Thats why your fps are so low
Maybe actually buy the game and learn how to use a pc.
This game does not have frame generation as an option.
