How to configure "UP key" on "Z" instead of "W" to navigate in Inventory?

You can't change the menu navigation keys in-game.

If you're on windows, you have to go to your language settings
1- click on your language under the "preferred languages" docker
2- click on "options"
3- under "keyboards" click on "add a keyboard"
4- add a QWERTY keyboard
5- click on your language initials in the task bar(near the date and time)
6- select your new QWERTY layout
7- remap the keys in-game
8- play the game
9- close the game
10- change back to your AZERTY layout when you're done
