Why do I see 8 October with Deluxe Edition?

Bought the game on Steam months ago but I see "release October 8" on my steam library, is it normal?

If you go to the store page there is an hour by hour countdown for the deluxe editions release. We are on hour 9 till the unlock.

I think it shows that for the standard edition by default, we should be getting access to it in about 9 hours from now, at least that's what it says for the Deluxe Edition.

i bought deluxe and i dont see that anywhere (edit: i found it, but why is preload on the day of early access? it was supposed to be earlier than that? people will be playing it at 12am)

I bought the deluxe edition, but it only says "Silent Hill 2" in my library. Is that normal? Shouldn't it be called "Silent Hill 2 Deluxe Edition" or something like that?
