That's for PS5. As far as I can tell, there's been no official word on any Steam pre-loads, and I don't think I've ever seen pre-loads enabled for games with split releases like this.

Deluxe Edition owners in PST time zone will have it unlocked for play tomorrow October 5th at 9:00pm, which is Midnight EST on October 6th.

the game "officially" comes out the 8th, or 9pm the 7th for west coast peeps.

So about 27 hours from now.
