Konami hasn't used Denuvo in any of their recent releases. Not that there's been too many of those.
Denuvo affects performance, that's why I buy games on a console.
I don't like *renting* games.
There are games that have extra DRM that don't list it on the store page; listing it isn't a requirement. Konami has used Denuvo in the past, but Bloober Team releases everything they make DRM-free, so we won't know if this has Denuvo for sure until people start downloading it when the early access period starts in a couple of hours.
