Born from a Wish DLC

Born from a Wish dlc was from the perspective of Maria. You got to play as her and explore areas of the game that weren't in the main game. They were but you didn't spend much time there. Now Maria is obviously from James's mind. So it's interesting that James would even create such a back story to her.

But I was just wonder if Bloober Games are going to integrate the dlc into the game? Have they talk about this by any chance?

I haven't seen or heard anything about it, but it's not impossible that it'll be included as a DLC again later down the road.

Typically when a game gets remade these days, example being final fantasy IV pixel remaster. They don't include any of the original game's dlc or content from spinoffs.

I bet it will somehow be like it happened with Separate Ways with Resident evil 4 remake, being later added into the game
However, Born from a wish is a very short dlc so unless like they completely add way more content to it, selling it separately would be like a very bad move from them
Also if I'm right the original born from a wish was free, but I'm not sure, if anyone knows please tell me
My predictions are that later the dlc will come in like an special edition of the game with some other content, or who knows they might actually add it for free in an update, lets hope is that.

I believe it was more or less confirmed through a Best Buy listing a while ago:

Take that for what you will though. I think Bloober said they finished all their work so it's either going to be included with the game or released a bit later as DLC. Let's hope for just included in the game because we're already paying $70 USD for this at minimum.

Hmm will be interesting if they do put in the story. How are they going to shift James perspective to Maria's? Because Born from a Wish is from the perspective of Maria leading up to her running into James.

tbf the original born of a wish is too short, so if its remade and it is really as short as the og then 10 bucks would be too much.
Unless they expand it and add more things to it
