KONAMI PLEASE Add Denuvo to This!

So many haters would want to have a piece of dat mastahpiece -this absolute definitive way to play SH2- for free because they hate the devs or they can't afford it or whatever.

Denuvo please, I hate paying for things people get for free with my hard earned money from working a job.

Dang, I don’t work at all and retired in my 30s, but I still wouldn’t support DRM in any situation but this. Please add DRM, Konami. DRM prevents free use and saves lives in such cases as this.

Denuvo NEVER EVER ruined my experience or done anything and I can't understand the hate against it, because it even works with Steam Deck if I am not mistaken.

I couldn't care less about your "clown awards", got way too many points and I don't care about 1 of em.

I am 99% sure this will have Denuvo anyways.

Ignoring how denuvo affects game directly and indiorectly games (ie how expensive it is for devs, reducing their budget for actual game dev), doesnt mean its a good thing, or useful (it actually isnt for its intended purpose: helping to protect some "speculative sales" in early launch days).

at least is kind of funny having a denuvo activist, rather than a dei activist. still, no clown points: not funny enough. denuvo is bad for everyone.

I don’t care about those links, never bothered me or anyone I knew.

Does not cost much since it generates more revenue.

My problem with Denuvo is that you have to authenticate with their servers at some point to be able to play a game. Now that handheld PCs like Steam Deck, ROG Ally and Legion Go are picking up in popularity, it becomes a hindrance when you want to travel out but didn't remember to start the game online once, potentially locking you out. Also, certain games have a "5 a day activation limit" and selecting different Proton versions on Steam Deck act as 'activations'. Go over that limit and you're locked for 24 hours. Never mind, it's been reported that Denuvo has had server issues multiple times, locking many players out of games.

Denuvo is just a blight on PC gaming and one I hope companies will stray away from as time passes.

I probably wasted my time explaining all of this since you seemingly made this thread in bad faith.

They are considering Steam Deck and I do remember improvements. I have a Steam Deck myself, don't forget you can use sleep functionality with it.

No bad faith, no Denuvo = refund. Why pay for something people get for free lol.

if they add denuvo then lots will whine and wont buy.
if they dont add denuvo lots will buy.
regardless if they add denuvo or not, the game will be copied within the week or two- so in theory its not even worth it.
people think add denuvo and it wont be copied but forget that it will just be copied faster cause money is involved in mass.

Can you explain to me how to use the sleep function to mitigate Denuvo issues?

If you run the game after online activation then put it to sleep, it can run without requiring it?
Where are you travelling that there is no net at all and you want to game anyways?

Notice how mostly people who don't have the game don't want Denuvo??

So... u don't pay for things people get for free. It only shows that u are greedy. What is ur business who is going to pirate it ? If u really like this game than u wanted to play it without any other third party software which track ur activity and decreases performance.

Game industry history shows that really outstanding games could be succesfull without Denuvo. Just look at Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077, Elden Ring, RDR 2. Developers sold millions of them.

All those games would sell more if they had Denuvo, too! What made them successful is people paying for things others get for free, which I would never do.

If it doesn’t have Denuvo I refund my Deluxe edition it’s that simple. This is no communism where I pay so others get for free.

U are greedy because for some reason u care about how much it will be sold to others. It has nothing to do with you. In any way u will take a single copy of game to ur hands.

U are greedy because u are ready to play the game with statters and low FPS and with 3 party spy software only because u dont want other people to pirate it.

All of the other people enjoy good games and dont care about it to be pirated. I have Elden Ring for example in steam and i dont care if many other people play it for free. I care only about myself, as i have an opportunity to play it smooth, without statters.
