i got the Leave ending. apparently. What did you get? How many endings are there? damn game was long. Good stuff though.

Though every ending that I've gotten has lined up with the coin I chose in the beginning.

leave is the 'best' ending. i went for in water because i like the mary letter.

I was trying to get 'Leave', but I guess I didn't heal enough because I got 'In Water' instead, even though I looked at both Mary's letter and photo literally every time I saved the game :(

I got leave, and I'm aiming for a different ending in my second playthrough.

There's 8 endings total? 5 classic, plus UFO, and then 2 Bloober Team have added.

Ya i saw 8 endings in the ending results menu. Crazy. Are they on youtube? I started a new game plus and got the chainsaw. But I think imma call it there for awhile. Maybe I'll play again before the end of the year.

Yup. that has to be it then.

From my experience, the coin I chose lined up with the ending I got. All 3 times.

There's no way it's coincidence because I played the game the exact same all 3 times.

I was going for the Leave ending first, but I chose the Old Man coin.
-Old Man Coin
-Always at full health
-Never examined the knife, letter, or Mary's picture
-Listened to the full conversation in the Hallway
Resulted in; In-Water

I then speedran it again, picking the Snake coin
-Snake Coin
-Always at full health
-Looked at the letter once
-Ignored the conversation in the Hallway
Resulted in; Leave

Third time, picked the Woman coin
-Woman coin
-Full Health for most of the run
-Didn't check with Maria in the Hospital
-Ignored the conversation in the Hallway
Resulted in; Maria


Also the guide pages say not to let Maria take too much damage, but Maria doesn't take damage. The enemies do not attack her.
