If you watch PS5 pro video comparisons and benchmarks, the game isn't doing that well. Dynamic scaling at around 1440p with 30fps and far from the epic settings on PC setup.

Also wtf at DLSS ultra performance @1080p lol, just run it natively. according to this....

you can run it at 1080p epic at 46fps average (in the tested area). Try locking the game to 30fps.

Also, drop shaders to medium, it's the most taxing setting in the game next to RT. If you turn these two off, you should reapply SSR to max and increase shadows too if you want 60fps.

Also keep in mind PS5's GPU is like 33% stronger compare to a RTX 3060. Since closest GPU to a PS5's is RTX 2070 Super/RX 6700 levels of performance. As well im playing this at Epic settings with RT and DLSS Quality at 1080p on my 3060... Which I overclocked it at 200 core and 1100 on the memory. Pretty much a near locked 30FPS for me. So probably something going on with your side of things if you have to play that low of settings.

nvidia has video super resolution (is that the same as virtual?) i dont know but i switched that on
