New Game + Save reverted to a non +

MY New game plus save after last night is now just a regular save.
I had all the new game plus items for dog/ufo ending and other stuff so far (at the hospital) but now it doesnt have the small chest and I assume other items.
Is there anyway to change it back to a new game + save or has anyone else had this issue?
This is my third playthrough now for reference.

Someone reported this issue. They chose continue instead of load. I suggest you manually load a save file that is certain to be NG+ and restart from there and see if it changes.

I didnt realize until like 30 minutes later when i got to that point and now no saves are new game +, (except for an old prior playthrough at the end)
Im assuming im just out of luck then?

happened to me too, i just got to the end to try the dog ending, it didnt work. neither did the white claudia ending. my save changed shortly after the prison. im just gonna re do it all and hope for the best

I ended up restarting and no corruption past then i wonder if this has something to do with enabling the steam cloud saves that borked it.
