Are you using frame limit?

FSR3 is not a great tool anyway. Don't expect the same performance than DLSS3.

Just don't turn it on then if you're already getting 70+fps?

Can you please explain what of these settings should be set in control panel when using framegen in games:
I heard that forced Vsync should be ON, right?
Low Latency should be OFF, right?

Yeah force Vsync in Control panel because vsync will be greyed out in game. Stuttering with Low latency mode in Ultra is probably caused by reflex turning on by default as soon as you enable frame gen in game. Also turning on Low latency mode increases the pre-rendered frames which isn't good for DLSS 3.

Thank you. It's still strange that we have to fiddle around in drivers settings (force vsync...) when modern games use framegen more and more and should work out of the box IMHO...

I really don’t know how I should set the graphics in modern AAA games. I have a high end PC but I always get some kind of stuttering, Also in this game. I can have super fluid gameplay but then I get stutters in cinematics or the other way round. I think it has to do with vsync or my gsync monitor. Don’t know why it’s so hard for me to get super fluid gameplay AND cinematics. It seems I would need different graphics settings with Vsync ON and 60 FPS-cap for cinematics and no FPS cap and/or no Vsync for gameplay….
