Prison weights

What am I missing? I have 3 weights. this guide has 4 weights to unlock the boar room [oyster.ignimgs.com]

It looks like i'm missing a weight here [gyazo.com] (the medium one is my guess idk you cant inspect the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ things).

But I went back to the chair nope I definitely got it...

The only thing I have in my inventory is the key to unlock the rifle. I dont even think it's possible to progress to unlocking the rifle without getting every weight?

As I said before, I do believe 4 is correct. If you have 4 you should be able to highlight the weight slot at the front corresponding to the 4th, and you should then see an option to add it from your inventory. If not, you only have the 3 shown on the scale.

As far as where to go to get the fourth, keep checking the objectives (circles) marked on your map.

I got stuck here as well. For whatever reason, the game wasn’t prompting me to place a weight I had already found. The weight wasn’t in my key items inventory, but when I went back to the machine and selected the bottom empty row, I was able to place the missing weight.
