FPS isn't good for me

I have a 3070, ryzen 7 5700x and 16gb ram on 1440p and I can't get above 60fps unless I use low settings preset with dlss on. For a reference, I can easily play re4 remake on max settings without any upscaling on 1440p and get good fps which is why it's strange to me that this game runs so bad.

If I run epic settings with dlss quality and raytracing off im getting 30fps in the prison lol.

I am just going to start copying and pasting this on these, it's crazy nobody seems to be actually looking at the system requirements.

From the RECOMMENDED SPECS TAB ON STEAM:

Playing on recommended requirements should enable to play on Medium quality settings in 60 FPS or High quality settings in 30 FPS, in FullHD (or 4k using DLSS or similar technology). SSD is recommended.

Medium settings doesn't run good either

WHy do you need to be above 60 FPS. Its fairly demanding. recommended which usually means 60 FPS at medium is a 2080. which might be slightly better than a 3070. The minimum is a 1080. Thats to run it at 30 FPS minimum settings.
