ZERO stuttering

I didn't stutter in my game at all, but yeah the prison section wasn't nice to my PC when it came to frame drops either, and for whatever reason, that one specific area in Woodside Apartments at the main staircase??? Not sure why my frames dropped so much there. I run the game on a 1440p resolution though, so maybe that might have contributed to it, but switching the resolution to 1080p just for that section was okay. Still hope they might tweak those sections to not drop my frames though.

Toluca prision working great for me. The worst part was the woodside reception with low FPS

But still no stuttering at all using the 30FPS lock ingame (at least here it's not locking the frames it keeps free all the time). I strongly recommend 30FPS (again, at least here and with many other people, it's not locking anything, so fps keeps free) for a 100% smooth experience ALL THE TIME. Of course you need a hardwarae to achieve that, I think 4070 is the bare minimum to run this game smooth.

I appreciate the solution, but there's no way in hell I'm locking my frames to 30. I spent the majority of my life in console quality hell. I'm not going back for one game.

I'll revisit on the next patch.
