SPOILER QUESTION
Does it matter what noose you choose. I chose the the 6th one. Does it even matter? I played on Hard Puzzle difficulty.

No it doesnt. Youre supposed to choose the criminal that is most justified and the noose actually changes which spot its at. If you picked the wrong one you would've had to fight a bunch of monsters
