maby try putting youre all graphics from epic with rtx pro pro max to high settings
RTX4070Ti + 9700k + 2x16 ddr42666 + ssd nvme + win10
//EDIT: my bad.... After restarting the game with the new settings it compiled the shaders once again and now it's working fine!!! (but stuttering still exists...x))
Do not use Frame Generation, is sh**** tecnology
everything max except i had aa set to fxaa or none, vertical sync is off, global motion blur is off. quality dlss. with the new setting of frame genration on. With these setting, i went from 90fps to my monitor cap of 144fps at 1440p with the new recent 1.04 update. new scene occlusion setting i set to occlusion queries, i mean i skip scens now so its probably not important.
i have reason to believe, with your 4090 rtx, frame generation is your best bet of reducing or eliminating stutters
Edit: i used to stutter violently with windows 11 game mode on, something that keep re-enabling periodically against my wish.
unfortunately i still stutter with frame generation +dlss/quality but now it far less noticable. i notice i fps drop from 160 to 120, a much better improve compare to w/o frame generation 100 down to something i dont remember.
It can be *way* better. If you "check info from specialists like Digital Foundry," they say it is among the worst they've ever seen. So, even if the stuttering can't be totally fixed, it can certainly be a *lot* better.
