I wnat to know if the Pyramid head is like MR X in resident evil like he follows you everywhere and when does he show up?

No, he is not like MR. X at all.
He has scripted events where he appears and that's about it.

He's more of a story element than a RE type monster. Don't expect him to give you a sense of rivalry like Mr.X or Nemesis did. He sort of wasn't even intended to come off as a big deal in the original, fans just loved him so much he was brought back for later games.

Its good for me because when i played the Re remakes they gave me a really arkward feeling whenever you heard the footsteps gets louder and the music changes.
