Archivist achievement

I finished the game again in New game+ and collected all the strange photos, glimpses of the past and memos, but i didn't get the All memos / archivist achievement. I read somewhere that certain memos from New game have been replaced in New game+. Do i have to start collecting memos all over again in New game to get the achievement?

In ng+ terms changing only for archivist. If u dont get achievements for glimpse and photo, so you missed something in each section.

In New Game Plus there is one memo that is replaced by a key item to get the Rebirth ending, however it is still possible to get the achievement since you can replace that memo with one found in a locked box in Pete's Bowl-O-Rama, if you have a save prior to the Historical Society and you are sure that you have all the previous memos I would recommend replaying from there, if not the case unfortunately you will have to play the game all again.

in new game+ it is impossible to get this achievement. only new game is needed. I will have to too. -77 hours down the drain my. instead I got for this long playthrough the achievement to complete the game in less than 10 hours

I ran into the same issue and ended up finding a save file that required me to only get like 2 photos, one gimps of the past, and one memo at the last area of the game. So I just loaded that to get the trophy.

NG+ will miss one memo at the Lost and Found room of the hotel and will have Lost Memory book key item as a replacement, but at the same time, there will also be one more memo added at Pete's Bowl O'Rama in the same safe as White Claudia. You must come at night to get it while on your way to Historical Society and enter code 1887. (The code can be found at the northwest-most point of the road.) You must get that memo in the safe instead. Both NG+ and NG have the exact same number of memo, so if you don't get all of them in NG+, you're definitely missing one more than this.
