Please help a newbie to SH, sometimes i've see sign in the maps, and i have understand that i have to reach the zone marked, but sometimes there are no map help, how i can see the right way, now i'm in the apartments, found 2 coins, but now i'm locked. What i have to do? I miss half of the 3rd floor but i not see passage for the rest of the floor

You need to specify which coins you have. But I suggest that if this is the first time you play SH, you should turn on the interactible indicator and screen center pointer on so you know which part you're looking at and what you can activate and what not. Often, you can interact with it, but not pointing the reticule the right way.

If you're stuck, I suggest you look for breakable wall. If you have a room that can open into the balcony, it can reach a different room.

There are 3 coins in total. One requires you to throw the cans down the chute. One require you to go unlock the safe in a dark room full of codes. One require you to go out to the pool and look for it.

All you have to do is to explore. Collect the Woodside Ap map from the entrance (you said you have no map right?) and see what is marked and what is not, then head to the unmarked zone and what is there ... look for weak spots in walls to crack open, low narrows and things like this.
