Gamepad vibration

I have an Xbox Series X controller, vibration doesn't work in the game, although it's enabled in the settings.
Sometimes vibration starts working, but at inappropriate moments, for example, when you scroll through the menu.

How to fix it?

-dx11 gave me vibration

This is very odd. I'm using a Flydigi Controller and it uses Xbox Driver and vibration works just fine. Wireless.
