hospital bracelet softlock?

The other night, I got one of the bracelets from the medical report room (after you fall down the inside of the wall) and I went to put the bracelet on the hand in the office. I then saved and ended for the night. Tonight, I picked it back up and carried on, got the last two and went to the bracelet and the one from the other day was gone. I went back to the medical report room and it wasn't there. Am I soft locked and boned?

If they ever do patch the game will that be a fix? I really don't wanna go to my OG beginning hospital save. :(

Playing on ps5, but just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. Despite triggering the scene where james falls between the walls and gets the marked bracelet, the thing was not in my inventory when I loaded the game back up. Returned to the L1 room where I got it from initially and it wasn't there either, and now I am stuck at 2/3, even after multiple reloads. Spent like two hours trying to figure out a workaround, but sadly think we all just have to load up an earlier save and do the hospital again :(
