NVIDIA Control Panel - which settings to use?

for some reason my control panel has the integrated graphics set as default.
i choose my gpu which is rtx 4060 but a majority of the settings underneath all seem to show global/off.
i am unsure which of these settings should i tweak?
can anyone advise please or provide screenshots of what they got with their gpu?

Nah, don't touch anything.

Leave them as is so the game can set them as it pleases, you only touch those to override what a game is doing.
