Very lost and confused *spoilers*

I'm in the hospital, I got the 3 bracelets and did the puzzle to get the key to the roof then when up there, then got thrown back down to the third floor by pyramid head guy, but I don't know what else to do. I've gone all over the hospital again, Maria isn't in her room anymore, I have no idea where she went. I consulted a walk through and it says to go into rooms that I can't get to (the other side of the big metal door with the sliding peep-hole thing, near the hydrotherapy room). Did I encounter a bug where I'm softlocked?

I cannot get through that giant metal door, I can only look through it and the hydrotherapy room door doesn't open. I cannot get into that section of the 3rd floor.

When you get thrown down the elevator shaft by pyramid head guy, are you supposed to be on the OTHER side of the big metal door? Because that didn't happen to me, it put me next to the door, in front of the save prompt.

Wait, something's wrong. You should be on the third floor beyond the bg metal door, you'd need to pass the Hydrotherapy room to get back to the main hospital.

I figured it out, I WAS right. It's a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug. I was supposed to get thrown down the shaft on the other side of the big metal door. I DIDN'T. The game put me on side where the save prompt is at. I wasted 3 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours on this ♥♥♥♥.

Im actually really sorry to hear that. When i got thrown down the shaft i didnt have to do anything extra. Im so sorry you waisted so much time on it. Just breathe. Im pretty sure it auto saves before you get thrown and i hope you have a save before it just in case. Thats a crazy bug man
