Pyramid Head Not Spawning for PC....

Few hours in and I have just completed the clock puzzle in the Blue Creek Apartments. Once you solve the puzzle, the last door to enter is the "S" door down on the 1F. When I open the door, it goes to the cut-scene where Pyramid Head boss is supposed to spawn and fight James. However, in my reality, you cannot see Pyramid Head and no fight scene actually occurs. Instead, I am locked in the room, running around in circles with no escape. I;ve tried re-loading previous save points but each time I return through the "S" Door, I get trapped and no way to progress through the game. Thoughts? Ready to request a refund.

Really weird bug. Haven't experienced it myself, no bug whatsoever for me, not a single one in four runs. Just bad optimization.

I've realized that Pyramid Head boss has not appeared in any of the previous cut-scenes, mainly the one that comes to mind is when James is hiding in the closet and fires the gun at what I'm assuming is Pyramid Head Boss. I never actually see the visuals for this boss.... maybe corrupt download?

That is exactly the problem. 2 corrupted files in the download, problem is fixed.. ty ty

Out of curiosity were you using mods?

No, just a fresh install that had 2 corrupted files.

Pyramid Head in this has Predator cloaking technology. He follows you into random rooms and will attack you when you least expect it.
