It has been expanded which makes it feel bloated to me, some areas feel like they go on forever.

I mean it would be too hard to make a full list. Many are just dialogue tweaks. Some brand new dialogue.

A few location changes. Some brand new locations. Puzzles have been rearranged some have been removed.

You just got to play it to find out

It's pretty much worse in every aspect except graphics.

Gameplay wise the biggest difference is the combat focus. Outside of the lying figures in the beginning of the game in the streets, eventually enemies become pretty much impossible to ignore because of how much they interfere with exploration. Running around them to save ammo and avoid damage while instantly picking up items you need? Doesn't exist in this game lol the enemies will even magnetize to you during their attack animations to force you to learn the dodge mechanics. Learning dodge timings is not exactly scary lol but at least the game still has a good atmosphere.
