Flashlight permanently off

Ummm is the flashlight supposed to turn off fully in the apartments? Yea found a glitch if so this has happened twice.

There are two sequences where it turns off. You should be able to just turn it on shortly after.

Not sure if it is related. I had an issue happen twice where after a cut scene, the flashlight would be aimed in reverse or some way it was unusable. Finding something to interact with fixed it.

The flashlight lights up nearby walls & objects, but fails to shine light down long, dark hallways. Is this intended?

The flashlight is meant to turn off in some encounters. Maybe, idk, use your head and try turning it back on?
