Help with Maria ending save

Hi everyone,

I was sure I followed all the steps to save Maria but that is not the case unfortunately. I’m at the otherworld hospital and need to open the lady door. Do you have by chance any game save you could share at more or less the same progress with all the previous steps to save Maria done? Would really appreciate your help, can’t really afford to start from scratch. Many thanks!

Here's my NG+ save file. You can also get all NG+ endings on this save since it has all required items/steps.
Just rename it to SaveGameData_10.sav and copy to save folder.
When you're in the game load "LAKEVIEW HOTEL Employee Elevator Room 10:15PM 10/11/24 7:47:53". Just make sure you don't check photo/letter and just beat pyramidheads and you'll see a different "Maria" cutscene before the fight with Mary

Weird, this only half works.

The game loads fine and the inventory looks good, but I can't use the blue gem in 312, and when I go into the Observation Room with the Dog key, no scene plays, and I can walk around the room.

If I use the videotape in 312, the game continues as usual.

Huh? This is not even anywhere near the conclusion. Yes, she did not survive now, but this is not near the end yet. It's only 2/3 of the way. At this point, she dies no matter what.

She comes back and there are still many other factors to do in order to get Maria ending later in the game.
