Game freezes constantly

its really weird, when i first played this game up until the hospital, no freezes, but then I had to reinstall the game because it would crash upon launch. and on my fresh new install I freeze like all the time, very randomly and sometimes it can last like a minute. would that be a CPU or a memory issue??

edit: when a freeze occurs my cpu spikes up to bout 80%-90%

I'm not noticing a GPU installed there. But from the few posts I seen about your processor, it seems like people can run the game with medium and low settings.

Look at task manager and post your gpu aswell. verifying game files via steam, lower graphics settings/ resolution, (or using super sampling/upscaling), disable RAY TRACING if enabled, if none of that works, use ddu (display driver uninstaller) to remove your current driver and then download the latest.

This sweet good game is bad optimized still, but you can change down the resolution 1080 x 1920 to 1280 x 720 for just HD content, this keep the game look good still for a great remake play experience
