You can just write down Q1: (answer here), and that will be enough when you find out where to put the answers :)
It's only meant to reward people looking for every bits and bobs in Silent Hill.
it's questions like "how many died in the plague" and I know that info was in a newspaper somewhere.
I already forgot the other 2 lol.
I assume you're supposed to write them down though, even if you remember the answers you probably won't remember if it was questions 1, 2 or 3 and weather or not it was answer 1, 2 or 3 either, even with all the right answers you would be playing mix and match with the order you put them in.
I have a MS paint window open on the PC while i'm playing just typing down random stuff and drawing crude pictures for things I think might be relevant.
An alternative of course would be to write down the questions during the second playthrough and research the answers during a third playthrough (if i really wanted the most honest way of solving the puzzle).
I'm not against Googling for help if i'm stuck and need to progress but with something optional like this that i might be able to get during playthroughs i'm going to do anyway, i may as well be patient and wait.
