what's the secert behind the apple?
spoilers ofc !!


in the final section of the game you can obtain 2 apples for the shattered mirror puzzle. you can solve the puzzle by either placing the rotten or ripe apple?

picking any of them doesn't seem to do anything or it might does but we haven't figured it out yet ...

Picking the fresh, red apple affects one of the endings.
The scarlet egg also affects that ending.

Just for reference I used the ripe apple, never found a rotten one... and I used the scarlet egg and rusted egg on the 2 doors.

but went through the door I used the scarlet egg on. And I got the Leave ending.

I used ripe, and went through scarlet egg. got Maria ending not to mention I was visiting her a lot in the hospital so there is that...
