seems like the sh2 enhanced edition is more better than this trash. keeps the original superior non-sjw designs and no-censorship, but increases fidelity, adds widescreen and runs at 60fps with no stutter lol
Even on a 7800X3D there will be some stutters above 16.67ms, so there will be some stutter at 60 fps, but without the animation stutter it should ideally be a lot smoother overall.

I don't think this will work out all that well because of the cutscenes both being locked to 30fps and apparently breaking at higher than 30 fps playback. Worth a shot tho.
