Silent Hill 1 Remake possible?

What do you think about it? Could there be a remake of Silent Hill 1? In my opinion, Silent Hill 2 turned out really well. The flashbacks I get are indescribable. Everything is somehow better, even the third person view is well done, the atmosphere, music and sounds too.
Could Bloober Team make another remake? I think it will just be a struggle to get the license.
If they made Silent Hill 1 like 2, I would be thrilled.

A remake of 1? Already been done (Shattered Memories, which is pretty good on Wii imo)
As for 3, YES! But that would be fan service and people wouldn't know the story behind 3 if they didn't play 1

Ofcourse they will. SE2 remake is a great success and we all know how it went after RE2 remake. I think 80% chance they remake 1 & 3

Without Silent Hill 1, they can't even bother making Silent Hill 3 Remake, and they've tied themselves into that knot here. So I expect they will address this, by Remaking SH1 so they can make SH3. SH2 just has to be a success first.

If SH2 remake is a succes in their eyes, you can be sure they’ll remake SH1 and SH3. I wouldn’t be surprised if the plans are already on the table.

Shattered Memories is technically a re-imagining (agreed that it is pretty good). We need something with the base game/lore in tact and closer to the OG. Then remaking 3 would be more than just fan service.

Also, remake 4 as well.

I mean, Maria was already too "naked" for 2024... SH1 has Demon Babies and violence towards children. Not gonna happen without heavy edits and censorship. That's for sure.
