Stuck at the third floor of hospital, this is a bug or something?

So I got the key to the rooftop, went through the cut scene, and get thrown down, noticed Laura's drawing and wandered a bit then moved on. Then I found I was still stuck at the west side of the hospital and door to the Hydrotherapy is locked and couldn't find anywhere else to go back to the east side of the third floor.
Is this a bug or I'm terrible at navigation and there's a way to go back?
Can't reload my save because I only have one save file :(

After you are thrown below, you fall to the other side of the map, and can now unlock the hydro room. If you open the map you will see a huge question mark where you should go.

You should be able to go into Hydrotherapy at this point.

So I checked the map, the hydrotherapy room is still locked, it's still impossible to access it. I managed to get back using autosave. It is indeed a bug

Yes this is the infamous bug, after the rooftop cutscene you will end up at the correct side of the hospital but .... If you look in the peephole you will end up on the other side. It's a gamebreaking bug and the only thing you can do is load another saved game.

So do not click on the peephole and you're fine, just open the door to the Hydrotherapy room and then you can repeat the bug as many time as you wish, it's quite funny actually.

You should have an autosave you can load. That is what worked for me.

I had the exact same issue. Was wandering forever. It is a bit. I was on PS5
