Please dont say 4k cause you wont have a good time if you are.
4070 is a good card for 1440p high settings.
Also the only settings that seem heavy on performance is Shadows and Shaders it's like 15-20fps then Rt for obvious reasons and I really couldn't see the difference from high to medium but yea the performance is really a hit or miss some places run at like 80-120fps then some places it's like 45-60fps in the game you'l need upscaling for sure.
Are you still in the woods at the start? That's the most horribly optimized part of the game and performance improves a lot once you get into town.
But so far this has helped me play a lot of game's with bad performance.
4k for me, just 4090 can do it, even 80 or 80s it's better in 2k not in 4k in big graphic game
Unless you're targeting higher framerates for competitive multiplayer there's zero reason to go 1080p on a 4070, it's sweet spot is 1440p.
4090, 4K Medium, textures High, RT On, DLSS Quality, 72FPS in VR
