Just jump straight on this remake. Its story is self contained and you don't need any previous experience with any other game in the series. This game will give you a good experience and it may get you hyped to check the classics.
The originals, however, aged extremely bad. If you didn't experience them in their time, it's kinda too late and it probably will turn you off from even trying the remake.
Play the remake first. It will instantly make you a fan of the series and you will look at the old ones with more kindness.
But if you insist... the best way is simply emulation. SH1 plays perfectly on Duckstation. SH2, SH3 and SH4 plays perfectly on PCSX2. The PS2 emulated version is better than the PC versions ever were (SH2, SH3 and SH4 did get a sub par PC release).
I would even recommend SH2 original on PS2 emulator above the SH2 PC Enhanced Edition community mod.
But trust me, mate. Just get the remake and play this one first. The first impression is important and this game delivers.
