i need to get to the third floor again. i’ve solved both keypad combinations for the lockbox, but i don’t have the key. i need the key to progress, but it’s literally impossible for me to get into the 3rd floor. i’ve tried everything but i only have access to a couple rooms on 2f. am i stuck forever and have to load an old ass save?

There should be two ways to get to the 3rd floor. One way is through the director's office. The other way is by going to the Kitchen and Pantry section of the 1st floor then going up the ladder. The key you're looking for is in Exam Room 4.

Edit: You can also go up the stairs to the third floor.

god smh. the only option i had was to walk up the stairs and i didn’t. saw this post a bit ago and it saved me. in the prison now! thanks
