back to the jukebox place?

i finished the jukebox puzzle and got to the apartments (where you get the flashlight) too quickly
unfortunately i hadn't taken into account that you can't search the place any further. and unfortunately i hadn't solved the keypad of the store.
now i am in the apartment and wonder if you will visit this place again? so the section around the jukebox?

That is something I've noticed too that you can't go back like in the original. All you can do is restart or finish the game to get new game+.
I thankfully didn't miss it as I try to explore as much as I can.
Not much in that shop anyway. Just ammo and some health bottles.

Yep, this game you can’t go back to previous areas after you pass certain points. You have to complete everything you can while you’re still in a specific area. But I wouldn’t worry about it because this game was made for multiple play throughs.

You didn't miss anything. Just some ammo and health items, which are trivial as even on Hard you will have more supplies, ammo and health items than RE5 and RE6 combined. Not even Rambo had this much ammo on him in Rambo 2.

I did not pick up the jukebox button in apartment 9, and I can't return as the stairs have now collapsed. Am I done?

Would have to be a bug, you need button for jukebox puzzle, allowing you to open door in the bar, should not lock you out of the stuff needed for the puzzle, try earlier save if you have one.

This game has like a billion point of no return moments for each area. If you want to make sure you don't miss anything you pretty much have to use a guide.
