Does the 10 hour achievement inlcude cut scenes?

I want to attempt the 'beat the game in under 10 hours' achievement. However, I need to know, are the cutscene times included in the '10 hours' of game time?

I'm going to try and do everything as fast as possible, but I also want to enjoy the game again and re-watch the cutscenes

I got that achievement on my 2nd run before any patches, back then they count the cutscenes as time, now they might've changed that.

BTW: There seems to be a bug, I got it yesterday after 25 hours playtime. Maybe they only check recent playtime on steam or such

Cutscenes are included in the time. You should skip them.

This is a day one bug that is known. The timer resets for the achievement after 24 hours.

Cut scenes do count. I got antsy toward the end and skipped a lot of the end game cut scenes around the final meeting with Angela. Glad I did as my final time was like 9 hours and 54 minutes.
