The main one is called Creeper which is basically a cockroach, they aren't that big. The last insect is a spoiler but it's an eclipse of moths. There are no spiders though.

There are rooms completely covered in cockroaches multiple times in the game. They move around when you point your flashlight at them. They don't harm you, but there are a bit bigger yellow cockroaches that do bite your feet and you can stomp them.

They're not cockroaches, they're scarabs (the ones you can squish I mean, not the ones that are just part of the scenery)

I'm trying not to spoiler. There is an enemy that acts almost like a spider. But it's not a spider =).

there are some insects, nothing too much though, they could've been worse... and there are some spider-like enemies, but they are totally not spiders...

Can’t say if the “spider like” enemies will disturb you as they are mildly dissociated from the real world equivalent. But there are multiple alien-esque roaches that are pretty easy to squash and rooms filled with tiny beetles/moths.

There are beetles and roaches in the game as well as moths. Beetles are of a fist size and are super weak enemies. Roaches are just a part of the environment and don't attack, but in some areas there are tons of them. Moths are just a part of the environment in one location and can attack you by swarming in another.
There are four legged human-sized things that crawl on walls and attack by jumping on you, but they are much more human-shaped than bug-shaped, only their animations are not human.
Additionally there are somewhat bigger than human insect-like bosses that are not actually insects at all. My best comparison is that they kinda vagually resemble giant robotic demon water striders, but on land. That's the best vague description I can give without spoiling the look completely.
